The ClearPass OnGuard Agent and the Native Dissolvable Agent for macOS are now localized in the French Language. At Configuration > Posture > Agentless OnGuard > Add, the Agentless OnGuard Setting field is now renamed to Agentless OnGuard Setting for Windows. Two field changes were implemented for Agentless OnGuard: A new Client OS Type drop-down list is now added to the Configuration > Posture > Agentless OnGuard > Agentless OnGuard Settings form.

Please refer to the "OnGuard Custom Scripts" section of the Policy Manager 6.9 User Guide for full details, including usage, limitations, and support. As part of this feature, a new REST API for OnGuard Custom Scripts is also added at API Explorer > Dictionaries > OnGuardCustomScript. Remediation scripts are executed if an endpoint does not pass health checks and auto-remediation is enabled. Admin users can also create remediation scripts. The responses to scripts can be used to determine the appropriate health of the endpoint. Admin users can create and execute a script to query for additional information that is not included in the existing health classes. The OnGuard Agent Script Enforcement profile is now supported on macOS, and on all Linux operating systems that support OnGuard: (CP‑20065, CP‑33405, CP‑33406)Ī new Custom Script health class is added in the ClearPass OnGuard Agent for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The information is displayed in two new columns, Test Covered Minor Version and Test Covered Major Version. To use this feature, go to Administration > Support > Documentation, click the OnGuard Agent Support Charts for Plugin Version 2.0 link, and then click a link for a product and operating system in the matrix that is displayed.

Support for major and minor version combinations, regardless of specific patch or build variations within the products, is indicated by the final value of "X" in the Test Covered Minor Version column. The OnGuard Agent Support Charts now display the general tested major and minor versions in addition to the specific tested points that have historically been displayed. The ClearPass OnGuard Agent for Windows now supports the Cortex XDR antivirus product. For Core operating systems, the Host:OSNameVersion attribute includes (Server Core Installation).

The ClearPass OnGuard Agent now includes the full operating system version in the Host:OSNameVersion attribute - for example, “Version 1909” for Windows 10 and newer operating systems. The ClearPass OnGuard Agent is now supported on the Microsoft Windows Update.
